Can I pay for ManaBox using a different method?
Currently, the only ways to upgrade to ManaBox PRO are through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. However, once we launch the desktop version, we plan to offer additional flexible payment options, including direct payment methods.
What happens to my data, binders, and decks when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, no data will be deleted. All of your existing binders, decks, and collections will remain safely stored and accessible. However, you won’t be able to create new binders or access Pro-only features until you renew your subscription.
What to do if you can’t access your subscription
ManaBox subscriptions are linked to the ManaBox account you were using when purchasing. That means that if you are unable to access your subscription it’s likely you are using a different ManaBox account.
To verify if it’s the same account follow these steps below:
- Check if you are using another account If you have multiple emails chances are you used another one to create a ManaBox account in the past. You can check all your inboxes for ManaBox welcome emails to confirm you have an account.

If you deleted your ManaBox account or you are unsure about the situation
Please send us an email to [email protected] including your ManaBox account and the purchase order IDs for your subscription, so we can review your details and assist you.You can locate the order ID in your purchase receipt email or in your purchase history:
- Google Play: Google Play purchase history Click on the relevant purchase to view the Transaction ID (it starts with GPA) and the Google invoice.

How to unsubscribe
We cannot cancel subscriptions ourselves, as they are managed directly by Google or Apple.
The steps depend on which store you used to subscribe.

Google Play:
You can cancel from the Subscriptions section in the Play Store app.

Apple App Store:
You can unsubscribe from the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription you want to cancel, and then tap Cancel Subscription.
